Shipping policy

DHL is our preferred shipper for worldwide shipments.  Fedex and UPS also available upon request.  You may also use your own shipping account (UPS or FedEx or DHL), please email your account number and the type of shipping service. Items will usually ship the same day payment clears. We will attempt to combine shipping wherever possible.

Customer cannot return products without a return material authorization number ("RMA").  Returned Products must be in original manufacturer's shipping cartons or equivalent.

Buyer is responsible for any import duties and fees to destination country.  EXTEND TEST assumes no responsibility for items held in customs.
